We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your 200 Degrees Coffee experience, which is why we offer a straightforward returns process for our equipment and non-perishable goods. Please note that due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee beans once the seal is broken unless the product is faulty.

Return Process

    Contact Our Team

    Email our customer service team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and the reason for your return to initiate the process.

    Package Your Item

    Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely packaged in its original box to prevent damage during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Return

    Send your package back to our central roastery using a tracked courier service; please retain your proof of postage until the refund is processed.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
